This contract is between Becker Storage Services (BSS) and you (YOU)

1. YOU agree to keep casualty and theft insurance on your property during the storage period. The amount of the insurance will be at the least, the fair market value of your property.

2. BSS does not carry or provide insurance for your property. YOU agree to store your property at your own risk. If damage occurs to your property under any condition, BSS in NOT obligated to replace or repair your property.

3. YOU agree to remove your property at the end of your storage period. If you do not remove your property at the end of the storage period, this contract will continue until you remove your property. The rent amount will be prorated based on the rate in effect at that time. BSS will not release your property until all rents due are paid.

4. In the event that all or part of the storage building is destroyed or damaged to the point of not serviceable, BSS has the right to declare this contract terminated as of the date of the damage or destruction. No damages will be collectible by you. 

5. If YOU become more than 30 days delinquent with your rent, BSS has the option of selling your property to pay for the delinquent rent, interest and expenses. BSS charges interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
