  • We have 10 ft. x 20 ft storage garages available for rent
  • We have a live-in onsite resident for a safe and secure facility.
  • We have 24 hour video surveillance of the property
  • We add a 3% Credit Card fee for all credit card payments

POLICY: You cannot remove your property before your scheduled removal date.

Please check your contract or email for your removal date.

Reminder emails will be sent in the spring using constant contact - from address jason@beckerstorage.com
 
You can leave your property for a later pick up date at no additional cost.






Fall 2025 Drop Off Dates:
Open 9:00 to 4:00 pm

First day to drop off is Saturday Sept 6th, 2025.
Open Saturdays 9:00 to 4:00
Open Sundays 9:00 to 4:00
Last day to drop off is Saturday October 25th, 2025

Outboard Motor Winterizing Details
Leave the mess to us!
We will change the lower unit oil and stabilize the gas.  
We do not fog the cylinders since most manufacturers do not recommend this practice.

Winterizing Rates:
35 hp and under - $ 50.00
40 hp - 75 hp - $ 75.00
80 hp - 110 hp - $ 100.00
115 hp - 145 hp - $ 125.00
150 and up - $ 150.00
Storage Garage Details
Our storage garage is 10 ft. x 20 ft., wood framing with a concrete floor. 

Storage Garage Rates:
$85.00 per month
Discount of $10.00 per month if 6 months or more are prepaid.
